Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted.

Do I need an appointment?
You do need to make an appointment to visit the studio. Please call before coming if you do not have an appointment. Our schedule often takes us out of the studio and we would hate to miss you. We normally schedule 1-3 weeks in advance.

Do you do copy work and/or restorations of old prints?
Yes, here at the Studio we have the technology to both copy and restore your photographs. Check out our Restoration page for a wonderful example of what we can do with your old photographs.

Do you photograph pets?
Yes, we photograph everything from labradors to lizards.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We take time to prepare your images for printing. Retouching and enhancements take time as well as printing and framing. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be processed. If the order is from a wedding, it could take much longer, depending on where we are with the entire wedding work. Please make us aware if there is a special deadline for your order (ie. birthday gift).

Do you take Pistol Permit photos, Passport photos, and/or U.S Immigration & Naturalization Service photos?
Yes. This is an instant service, but please call ahead so we know you are coming. Passport photos are $12, Pistol Permit photos are $15.

Are you digital?
Yes! Need a promotional portrait in a hurry? We provide outstanding quality electronic imaging. Your portraits can be retouched and delivered the same day! We find that digital is the perfect solution for many of our customer needs. Great for advertising and promotion, web sites, catalogs, or when you just need it fast. When you come in for your portrait session we usually take a few digital shots so you can see instant results.

May I take my proofs out of the Studio?
You may purchase proofs/originals with a minimum purchase of $200. Ordering of portraits will be at your "View & Choose" appointment. At that time you will view your session images, compare them side by side and determine which you would like to purchase. Our staff will assist you in selecting size, finish and discus ways to display & frame your images that best suits your needs. Previews are not created until purchased. Some packages include all or some of them.

How far do you travel to photograph a wedding?
When photographing weddings we stay in Western New York, our general rule is an 80 mile radius of the Studio.

Do you sell your negatives?

How long do you keep the image files?
All Wedding negatives are kept for 5 years. After 5 years, we keep only the negatives you have ordered from. Digital image files are archived but you should plan on ordering from them within 1 year of your session if possible.

Yes. Black & White photography is making a "come-back" and is a beautiful way to get elegant and artistic portraits.
